Welcome to Planwave. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (planwaveapp.com) and mobile application (Planwave app). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the planwave app, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use planwave.

2. Who May Use planwave

You must be at least 13 years old to use planwave. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using our app or website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

To access most features, you must create an account using your email or social login (Google/Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use planwave only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Upload malicious code or files

  • Attempt to access the service through unauthorized means

  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are available only with a paid subscription. Payment and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat through the respective app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store).

By subscribing, you agree to the terms set by your app store, including billing cycles, auto-renewals, and cancellations.

6. Task Data and Syncing

Your tasks, notes, and personal data are securely stored and synced using Firebase. You retain full ownership of your content, but by using planwave, you grant us permission to store, back up, and sync this data to deliver our service.

7. Termination

You can stop using planwave at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data may be retained for a period of time for backup, legal, or technical purposes, unless you request deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

planwave and its logo, design, code, and content are owned by planwaveapp.com or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

planwave is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we strive to maintain high availability and reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, planwaveapp.com and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via the app or website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
